My Review - Credence by Penelope Douglas
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 Stars
Contemporary Romance 🌶🌶🌶
I feel like there should be banjos playing in the background! It's got that vibe to it, but I certainly didn't hate it. No, in fact it was rather quite a good read.
If you like a spicy read, then it's definitely got some heat in it. It may feel a little incestuous (all though they aren't related by blood) but still a very hot and heavy read. It deals with some very real issues that can probably relate to a lot of people. Needing to feel wanted and loved by family and loved ones to be accepted for who we are, be seen and heard, to have a sense of home. I really devoured this book, once I started it, I could not put it down. Loved her writing style, it just flowed so effortlessly. The characters in this book have mystery to them and you learn about them little by little. It really kept me guessing because when I thought it was going to go one way it went a different way. It was nice that it was unpredictable. I mean what can go wrong with three guys, one girl, isolated to a mountainside cabin for the winter...
Highly recommend read
