Books: 

*All books come in used condition. Which means they may have
names or writing on the inside covers etc or other wear to them. They are
bought knowing that they are second hand. Refunds will not be given on
books. Unless books are damaged so badly that they are unreadable or
missing pages. (note: all books are checked before being shelved and loaded for
damage). If damaged during shipping then this will be sorted on case by case situation.

Other Products:

*All other products will be refunded or exchanged if damaged
or faulty so long as returned within a 21 day period.

*We will not refund simply because you have changed your
mind, if you are unhappy with your purchase we will do a store credit or offer
an exchange.

*Store credit will be valid for 30 days.

*We will not be responsible for the freight costs of
returning products.
